CONSTITUTION:This method is a moving image encoding method, and a mode flag of one frame representing a rewrite mode or copy mode is accumulated in memory 17 at every block, and the encoding data of one frame generated in the rewrite mode is accumulated in block encoding data memory 18 at every block, and the flag memory 17 is cleared when a fixed period is completed. Hereinafter, the rewrite mode when it is set once is held until the next fixed period, and in the rewrite mode, the encoding data in the block is overwritten on the block encoding data memory 18, and the content of the flag memory 17 is read out sequentially at every block, and in the copy mode, a code representing the mode is outputted, and in the rewrite mode, the code representing the mode and the content of the block encoding data memory 18 in a corresponding block are outputted.</p> |
