摘要

PURPOSE:To improve physical property of a fiber reinforced structure material consisting of a polyamide resin by stabilizing an attaching state of a surface treating agent and preventing polymerization inhibition. CONSTITUTION:A fiber reinforced structure material 1 is made by reactive injection molding of a polyamide resin 3 and is reinforced by a fiber 2 whose surface is treated with an alcohol soluble nylon surface treating agent. The nylon surface treating agent has a melting point of 135-200 deg.C and an equilibrium coefficient of moisture absorption of 0.113%.
