PURPOSE: To obtain a cosmetic composition and a pharmaceutical composition for topical use, comprising lipid vesicles obtained through a process consisting of crushing seeds of oleaginous plants such as soybean, pistachio and macadamia, emulsification in an aqueous phase and filtration. CONSTITUTION: The cosmetic composition and pharmaceutical composition for topical use is produced by compounding lipid vesicles obtained through a process consisting of crushing seeds of an oleaginous plant (especially, pistachio, macadamia, groundnut, jojoba, hazelnut, etc., preferable), emulsification in an aqueous phase and filtration. Preferable is a composition which contains lipid vesicles in a form of a condensate obtained especially by centrifugation after the filtration. It is preferable to compound the condensate in the aqueous phase in an amount up to 30 wt.% of the composition. Since the composition is not an emulsion of synthetic or exogenous origin, it is well compatible with the skin.
