PURPOSE:To obtain the subject juice having no smell caused by heat, no change in components of juice, by adding an alcohol to vegetable juice, sterilizing and removing the alcohol by distillation. CONSTITUTION:A juice raw material such as carrot cleaned with a detergent and sterilized with sodium hypochlorite is made into juice by a juicer, mixed with a proper amount of an alcohol and sterilized. The alcohol component is removed by distillation from the sterilized juice to give vegetable juice in which bacteria are completely sterilized. |
