ELECTRIC CONNECTOR MOUNTING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide a very simple mounting device for an electric connector, in which a latch holds the connector in all directions especially without requiring an external member. CONSTITUTION: An electric connector mounting device mutually connects an electrical device 20 which is placed on one side of a panel with an electrical member 16 on the other side. An electric connector can be mounted easily into an opening of the panel, and a pivoting means is placed between a protruding part of the connector and the panel near the opening to enable the electric connector to rotate up to working positions of the panel. A complementary-type mutual fitting latch means is placed between the connector and the panel near the opening. The latch means has an abutting means to prevent the pivoting means from releasing the fitting.
