<p>PURPOSE:To prevent damage in a wall by providing a space maintaining device of an elastic body to a pivot of a lock handle vertically oscillated in a wall surface or near thereto, and preventing the front end of the handle from coming into contact with the wall in the case the handle is released. CONSTITUTION:A space maintaining device (b) of an elastic body energizing a handle 7 in the unlocking direction is provided to a pivot 11 of the lock handle 7 pivoted on an oscillatory push body 6 or near thereto. The space maintaining device (b) can be formed in various shapes and structures. The handle 7 is vertically oscillated in a wall surface of a main body 1, and in the case a stop member 14 is removed from a hook 16 to release, when the front end of the handle 7 is brought into contact with the main body 1, a coating surface thereof is prevented from damage or breakage. In addition, in the case of locking, the stop member 14 is hooked on the hook 16 after the push body 6 is hooked on the hook 16, and the handle 7 is pushed against the main body 1 to fix.</p> |
