PURPOSE: To prevent a mis-operation by judging that the start-of-pump-delivery time signal and/or the end-of-pump-delivery time signal are reasonable when the duration-of- pump-delivery time signal is larger than a threshold value, when the duration-of-pump- delivery signal is found out based on the start-of-pump-deliver signal and the end-of- pump-delivery signal of an injected fuel. CONSTITUTION: Based on the output of the number of rotation detection device 25, acceleration pedal position sensor 26 and pressure sensor 27, the duration-of-pump- delivery time and start-of-pump-delivery time of a fuel is calculated by a signal process means 29 and based on the calculated injected fuel amount and the number of rotation, a mixed flap 14 for adjusting an exhaust gas return rate is controlled by an exhaust gas return rate control means 15. By an amount control means 23, a fuel pump 17 is controlled based on an injection fuel amount, number of rotation and acceleration pedal position. Meantime, in a pressure appraisal device 28, when the duration-of-pump- delivery time signal which is the difference between the star-of-pump-delivery signal and the end-of-pump-delivery signal is larger than a threshold value, it is judged that the start-of-pump-delivery time signal and the end-of-pump-delivery time signal are reasonable. |
