<p>PURPOSE:To provide a process for producing synthetic resin shoes which are subjected to excellent raising type designing extremely resembling the suede, velour and nubuck tones of natural leather without attacking the base material of the synthetic resin shoes and degrading the strength of piles with conversely improved strength and without generating the rough feel and cold feel of the surface and meets the latest taste toward higher grades. CONSTITUTION:Piles P are flocked by flocking in at least part of at least the main body part of the shoe base material 1 consisting of the synthetic resin and a coating material R compounded with solid microparticles V is applied thereon. These piles P have the flocking state in the form of clamping the piles among the solid microparticles V, thus exhibiting the appearance and feel to touch approximate to those of the raised blank materials of the natural leather.</p> |
