PURPOSE:To know the replacing period of a connector so as to prevent a defective contact due to the breakage or the like of a connector by providing a connector for a memory card with a display part for displaying the insertion/ ejection frequency of the memory card into the connector. CONSTITUTION:An IC memory card 10 is provided with an IC memory 11 and plural external terminals 12 connected to the memory 11. An connector 20 is provided with an insertion port 21 into which the card 10 is to be inserted and plural connection terminals 22 into which the external terminals 12 of the card 10 are to be connected. When the card 10 is inserted into the insertion port 21 of the connector 20, the terminals 12 of the card 10 are connected to the terminals 22 of the connector 20. The card 10 has an insertion/ejection frequency display part 13. When the card 10 is inserted into the connector 20, a rod 14 formed on the card 10 to count insertion/ejection frequency is pressed by a projection 23 formed on the connector 20, thus to count the insertion/ejection frequency. |
