<p>PURPOSE: To prevent extremely dynamic failure in case of breakage of a two- way solenoid working valve to control a flow of compressed gas against a pressure container by providing the two-way solenoid working valve so as to automatically block the flow of gas from a cylinder to a gas line in case of electrical failure and crushing. CONSTITUTION: A two-way valve is furnished with a valve main body having a gas flowing passage 24, the passage 24 extends to a second end 28 communicated to an outlet through the valve main body from a first end 26 communicated to the inside of a pressure container 12. The outlet functions as a common fuel filling port. A valve seat 36 is provided in the gas flowing passage 24, and it is under a surface of an opening of a cylinder 12 at the time when the valve is installed at a constant position. In case of failure of motive power, a return spring 46 pushes a poppet main body 40 and a poppet head 42 on the valve seat 36 and seals them and automatically closes the valve. Additionally, even when a top part of the valve main body is sheared in a crushed state, the valve seat 36 remains as it is and sealed by the poppet head 42.</p> |
