PURPOSE: To provide a fixing element easily fixable by only driving into a building part, and provided with a high holding characteristic value by post- expansion even when enlargement of a bored hole is generated by formation of a crack. CONSTITUTION: A cavity is formed as a U-shaped longitudinal cut 5, a bottom surface 11 of the longitudinal cut 5 forms an up-gradient toward a front end surface 10, an expansion element is formed as a wedge body 6, the wedge body 6 is supported on the bottom surface 11 of the longitudinal cut 5 to be slidable toward the front end surface 10, an outer surface of the wedge body 6 is provided with a tooth line 8, and the tooth line 8 is protruded over a shank 2.
