PURPOSE:To provide a dielectric ceramic composition which can be sintered at about 1000 deg.C, has high specific dielectric constant, high Q-value, and small temperature coefficient of resonance frequency by containing a specified component having high specific dielectric constant and excellent microwave dielectric properties as a first component and containing glass component which accelerates sintering as a second component. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric ceramic composition 1 is obtained by sintering a composition consisting of a first component having a general formula; {(Mg1/3 Nb2/3)1-xTix}O3 (wherein 0<=x-<=0.50); and a second component containing at least one of SiO2 and B2O3 in 40-98-wt.% of the first component and 2-60wt.% of the second component. Since high Q-value and small taugamma can be obtained at the time when the specific dielectric constant is as high as more or less 15 or more or less 25, a layered type resonance device which uses Cu, Au, Ag, etc., as inner conductors can be manufactured. |
