<p>PURPOSE:To shorten the time from the occurrence to the recovery of the abnormality of an automatic machine tool by outputting the contents of a fault generated in the automatic machine tool by a voice message from a speaker and also informing a voice data reception means installed in a remote location by voice data communication. CONSTITUTION:A CPU 13 inside a personal computer 3 analyzes the pertinent fault contents based on detection information detected from the various kinds of switches inside an M/C 1 and outputted through the CPU 5 for a sequencer inside an NC device 2, reads prescribed message data corresponding to the analyzed fault contents from a hard disk 16, converts the message data to voice data by a voice board 17 and outputs the voice data through an amplifier 21 from the speaker 22. Also, the voice data are sent out through a prescribed telephone circuit L to the voice data reception means installed in the remote location by a communication protocol processing in a RS232C board 18.</p> |
