<p>PURPOSE:To show the merit of the fastener method at maximum by forming a first fastener, which has a bottom plate, a tube and an adhesive agent filling port, and a second fastener, which has the bottom plate and a bar-like body and of which outer surface is provided with a groove, and setting the outer diameter of the bar-like body at the predetermined dimension. CONSTITUTION:A first and a second fasteners are manufactured by injection molding of the thermoplastic resin. The first fastener is formed of a bottom plate 1, a tube 2 and an adhesive agent filling port 3. The second fastener is formed of a bottom plate 6, a bar-like body 7, a groove 8 continued to the surface of the bar-like body 7 and a hole 9. The bottom plate 1 of the first fastener is inserted into a rail 10 fixed to the concrete wall by an anchor 12. Continuously, the bottom plate 16 of the second fastener is inserted into a rail 11 fixed to a panel 14 provided in a stone. The first and the second fasteners are connected to each other for temporary locking. After finishing the adjustment, the adhesive agent is filled from the filling port 3 for fixation. With this structure, skill is not required, and the connecting work is speeded up, and the safety is improved.</p> |
