<p>PURPOSE:To provide a wedge club used for both playing on sand and approaching which enables a bunker shot, an explosion shot and an approach shot through the green other than bunkers. CONSTITUTION:Whole of sole part 8 being extended following a leading edge land part 5 is formed of an almost curved surface with an archery cross section in the direction of the rear end periphery part 7 where the width of the sole becomes maximal in such a manner as to be tapered by gouging it over the entire portion thereof 8 formed into such a curved surface as above while being linked to a bounce of a heel part, a central land of the sole part and a bounce of a toe part. A part of the rear part of a head body or the perimeter of the rear portion is formed in a cavity back with a recessed part leaving a circular part.</p> |
