PURPOSE: To provide an improved method reduced in trouble for performing printing by the thermal transfer of a pigment from a pigment holding donor ribbon in a printing sheet. CONSTITUTION: In a printing method using a thermal printer, a stage mounting the front edge of a rectangular printing housing sheet 15 on a rotatable printing drum 14 without mounting the rear end of the sheet is provided. In this case, the printing housing sheet 15 of which at least two rear corner parts are round is used in the printer. |
