<p>PURPOSE:To provide a loading device mixedly loading multiple kinds of articles on a shipping pallet with an industrial robot via manual work. CONSTITUTION:The states of a feed pallet 6 and loaded articles 7 at the feed position 5 are checked by a feed pallet detecting device 16 and a marker information device 12. The feed pallet 6 loaded with articles 7 corresponding to the loading work order to an industrial robot 1 is specified, and the content is displayed on a display device. A worker 10 conveys the relevant feed pallet 6 to the article hold position 3 of the industrial robot 1 based on this display. The system can be miniaturized without requiring a large-scale device constituted of a series of apparatuses such as a high-rise warehouse when the number of loaded articles 7 is relatively small, and a loading device mixedly loading multiple kinds of articles 7 efficiently with the industrial robot 1 is obtained at a low facility cost.</p> |
