PURPOSE: To fix an end part cap on a spring support body by forming one constitutional unit of a delivery pipe and the end part cap through a connecting part and making the connecting part freely and relatively move in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION: An end part cap 27 is fitted in a delivery pipe 7 until a connecting part 31 is constituted for assembly, and a spring bellows 5, an outside cylinder 3 and an additional spring 25 are assembled. Additionally, a band fastening member 33 connects the spring bellows 5 to the outside cylinder 3 and the delivery pipe 7, a pneumatic spring 1 is applied on a piston rod 23, and the delivery pipe 7 is guided downward in the axial direction on a spring support body 13. The delivery pipe 7 is moved in the axial direction toward a step part 15 by supplying compressed air to a spring chamber 9 through a connecting pipe 11, connection between the delivery pipe 7 and the end part cap 27 is released, and movement in the axial direction to the step part 15 is generated. Consequently, the delivery pipe and the cap are assembled on one stage, and conformed seating of the end part cap after assembly is secured. |
