CONNECTOR TERMINAL JUNCTION METHOD AND CONNECTOR TERMINAL STRUCTURE

PURPOSE:To provide an ultrasonic wave junction in which connection strength between a lead wire and a connector terminal can be improved by integrally moulding insulation material which is harder than resin on a back surface of the connector terminal at a connection part of the connector terminal with the lead wire. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic member 4 which is harder than resin is moulded to a case 1 on a back surface of a connection part 21 of a connector terminal 2. A conductor sheet 30 to which a terminal 201 of a board 20 is preliminarily connected is disposed on an upper surface of the connection part 21 of the connector terminal 2, and a fixed block 50 is applied to an underside part of a part where the ceramic member 4 is moulded. An ultrasonic horn 51 of an ultrasonic wave generating device 50 is applied to a part of the conductor sheet 30 corresponding to the connection part 21 of the connector terminal 2, a specified load is applied, and ultrasonic vibration is applied, thereby the junction of the connection part 21 of the connector terminal 2 with the conductor sheet 30 is achieved.
