PURPOSE:To provide a pachinko machine equipped with a variable display device capable of accelerating/decelerating a rotary drum smoothly. CONSTITUTION:The rotor 85 of a driving motor is connected to the rotary shaft 89 of the rotary drum 64 via an elastically deformable elastic member 96, and the size of clearance 88 to regulate the elastical deforming quantity of the elastic member 96 is set so as to be within the size of one pattern attached on the rotary drum 64. Therefore, since the rotation start and stop operations of the rotary drum 64 can be surely performed even when the frequency of a driving pulse is increased/decreased steeply when the rotation of the drum is started and completed, the rotary drum 64 can be accelerated/ decelerated smoothly, and also, unnaturalness such as to generate the blurring of a pattern generated when the rotation of the drum is started/completed extending over plural patterns can be eliminated. |
