PURPOSE:To measure a correct humidity and to control the depending on situations by comparing the temperature of a panel with the temperature in a housing when the detected temperature of an air temperature detector coincides with that of air in the housing, calculating the humidity from the temperature difference and displaying the humidity. CONSTITUTION:When a refrigerating cycle is turned on or off based on the instruction of a temperature controller 30, the temperature Ta in an air passage 12, the temperature Td in a housing 10 and the temperature Tw of a heat transfer panel change with time. Then, the temperature Ta in the air passage traverses the temperature Td in the housing 10. At this time, the temperature Tw of the heat transfer panel is measured and the relative humidity in the housing is calculated from the temperature difference between the temperature of the heat transfer panel and the air temperature Td in the housing or the like. A setting humidity of a refrigerator is previously input to a computing circuit 26. The setting humidity is compared with a measured humidity. When the measured humidity is lower, a humidification device is actuated and the humidity in the housing 10 is increased, so that the measured humidity becomes higher than the setting humidity and then, the operation of the humidification device is stopped. |
