The memory data protecting circuit comprises a memory at which data to be recorded; a central processing unit for controlling a memory access operation of writing data at the memory or reading data recorded in the memory; a voltage control unit for stabilizing a battery voltage to output as an operating power and if the battery voltage is less than a predetermined level, generating a reset signal for resetting the memory access operation of the central processing unit; a memory access cutting off unit for generating an access control signal in response to the reset signal and cutting off the memory access operation by applying the access control signal to an access control terminal of the memory; and a backup voltage generating unit for supplying the operating power output from the voltage control unit to the memory and simultaneously storing it as a backup voltage and if the battery voltage is less than a predetermined level, supplying the backup voltage to the memory as the operating power.
