The oil filter regulates the oil pressure by reducing the bubbling phenomenon in the oil. The apparatus comprises a bypass passageway formed between the oil filter(10) and an inner cylinder(12), and connected to an oil inlet; a 1st bypass means(20) opening or closing a multiple of holes radially perforated in the lower part of the inner cylinder(12); a 2nd bypass means(30) opening or closing a multiple of holes radially perforated in the upper part of the inner cylinder(12); sensors(71,72,73,74) sensing the temperature and the pressure of the oil and the rotational number of an engine; a multiple of solenoid valves(91,91',92'') corresponding to the oil filters
