PURPOSE:To easily gasify in a compressor even if a suction gas temperature becomes low to a frozen state and to normally operate the compressor by raising the discharge gas temperature of the compressor by raising the temperature of cooling water in a water-cooled condenser. CONSTITUTION:A compressor 1, water-cooled condensers 2A, 2B, an expansion valve 3 and an evaporator 4 are sequentially connected by a tube to form a refrigerator. A water cooler 5 such as a cooling tower, a radiator, etc., is connected to the condenser 2A via a pipe 9 having a water pump 6. When the temperature of the water is 10 deg.C or less during operating of the refrigerator in which the water is circulated between the condensers 3A, 2B and the cooler 5, the operation of the cooler 5 is stopped, and when the water temperature is raised to the 10 deg.C or higher, the cooler 5 is operated to so operate it as to always hold the water temperature at the 10 deg.C or higher, and hence even if the suction gas temperature is low to a frozen state, the gasification of the compressor 1 can be facilitated. |
