PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost and improve the property for assembling onto a resin blow-off duct for air conditioning. CONSTITUTION:A fixed piece 41 and a movable piece 42 are formed with polypropylene resin, and the movable piece 42 is rotatably connected with the fixed piece 41 through a polypropylene hinge 50 and the fixed piece 41 is fixed to a mounting base 33 of a blow-off duct for an air conditioner, and further the movable piece 42 is made rotatable between a stopper location where the end of an air filter is and a releasing location where the fitting of the air filter is released. Furthermore, a hooking protruded piece 46 is hooked on an opening, in the mounting base 33 to hold the movable piece 42 at the fitting location.
