CONSTITUTION:Before an SPM(spindle motor) 45 is started, the level of power source voltage Vco is stored in a RAM 44 and compared with the level of the power source voltage Vct during the rotation of the SPM 45 using a detection program 48a and a comparison program 48b to monitor voltage fluctuation. When the voltage fluctuation is less than the desired voltage, the starting current is suppressed and supplied to the SPM 45 to control it to start under low power consumption.
