<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the device which is small-sized, lightweight and economically advantageous, and facilitates handling and operation and can maintain stable operation by providing a power unit which supplies electric power to the mounted circuit part of an extension device main body including an extension slot through a cable. CONSTITUTION:The power unit 30 is separated from an extension unit 10, and generates three kinds of DC current according to an indication from an extension unit main body 10 through the cable 4 and sends them to the extension unit main body 10. This power unit 30 is provided with plural power AC outlets PC1, PC2, and PC3 which are brought under on/off control with a specific time difference, and provided internally with a power source part which generate three kinds of electric power and a function circuit including a microprocessor dedicated to power source control. This constitution makes an installation space effective by placing the extension unit main body 10 on a desk and the power unit on a floor, and the extension unit is made small-sized and lightweight and easily handled to obtain the function extension device which is economically advantageous.</p> |
