PURPOSE:To accelerate operating speed when output signals change from a low level to a high level by providing a control transistor and an output timing control circuit. CONSTITUTION:In an open drain output driving circuit, input signals (j) are inputted to the gate of an N channel transistor 5. The drain is connected to one side of the N channel transistor 6 and further connected to an output pad 7 and the output signals (k) are outputted. The output signals (m) of the output timing control circuit 10 are inputted to the gate of the transistor 6 and the input signals (j) are inputted to the output timing control circuit 10. The output timing control circuit 10 is constituted of a monostable multivibrator for instance. Thus, the response time of an output voltage (k) is shortened since output parasitic capacitance 8 is forcedly charged by signals outputted from the output timing control circuit 10. |
