PURPOSE:To attach the sheathing cover of an equipment to its main body by single process by a method wherein a protruding part is provided in the vicinity of the lower edge on the back side of the side plate of the sheathing cover, the protruding part is moved over the side face of a switch-mounting member, and the lower edge part of the side-face plate is sagged to the position which does not come in contact with a switch. CONSTITUTION:When a box-shaped sheathing cover 5 is fitted by lowering it in the direction of arrow A from above an equipment main body 4 and it is fitted, the protruding part 1, which is fixed to the vicinity of the lower edge part on the backside of the left side face plate 5a of the cover 5, is running on the side face 2a of a switch- mounting member 2, and as a result, the part 5d, on the lower side of the switching window 5c of the left-side face plate 5a of the cover 5, moves to the lower side astriding a switch 3. As a result, the switch 3 can be positioned in the window 5c without bringing the part 5d and the switch 3 into contact with each other, and the sheathing cover 5 can be attached to the main body 4 by single process. Also, as the use of a part dedicated to the above-mentioned purpose is unnecessary, an electronic equipment can be manufactured at low cost. |
