PURPOSE:To prevent the destruction of a circuit due to a bad rotation by making the rotation normal by increasing the voltage when the rotating speed of a motor does not get back to the normal speed after a specified period of time passes after the motor is started up. CONSTITUTION:After a motor 35 is started up, the motor starts rotating and the rotating speed is detected. When a motor rotation judging means 21 still detects the abnormal rotation after a specified period of time passes, a command to increase the motor voltage is sent to a motor voltage setting means 1. The ceiling value of the motor voltage is set in a motor voltage commanding means 23. Means is provided which outputs a motor stopping signal to the motor voltage setting means 1 and a motor driving signal generating means 19 when the voltage command value reaches the ceiling value of the voltage. In other words, a CPU gives instructions to stop the motor to a source of DC and a transistor for driving the motor. When the motor 35 gets back to the set rotating speed before the voltage reaches the ceiling value, the motor operates normally. |
