PURPOSE:To provide a floor heating device in which floor temperature can be kept at a comfortable temperature even just after a person enters a bath room or even in the case that a person stays in the bath room for more than a specified period of time. CONSTITUTION:There are provided a heater for use in heating a washing floor of a bath room, a heater driving part 13 for driving the heater 2, a temperature sensor 10 for use in measuring a floor temperature at a washing place 1. a human sensor 11 for use in sensing the presence or non-presence of a human body placed on the floor surface, and a temperature control circuit 12 having two target values against the set temperature. In the case that the human body sensor 11 detects a human body, the temperature control circuit 12 selects a lower target value of the two target values. |
