PURPOSE:To prevent fire of wires spreading out of an outlet box by so providing a heat foamable refractory sheet as to block a wire inlet at least one of inner and outer surfaces of the box. CONSTITUTION:A wire inlet 27 is so provided as to block a netlike heat foamable refractory sheet 25. As a result, when a wire is introduced into an outlet box 21, the wire is inserted into the sheet 25, thereby obtaining the state that the sheet 25 retracted by inserting the wire is dangled around the wire. Accordingly, even if the diameter of the inlet 27 is considerably larger than the outer diameter of the wire, at the time of a fire, the sheet 25 around the wire is foamed to effectively block the inlet 27. Thus, fire spreading out of the box can be prevented. |
