<p>PURPOSE:To provide an image forming method by which a toner layer is always uniformly formed on a sleeve and irregularities and the like is not caused. CONSTITUTION:This is an image forming method by which developer 6 is carried to a developing part opposed to an image carrier 1 by a developer carrier 3 while the thin layer of the developer 6 is formed on the carrier 3 by regulating the developer 6 carried on the carrier 3 by a developer regulation member 4 abutting on the carrier 3 and a latent image formed on the carrier 1 is developed by the developer 6 at the developing part and visualized. An elastic roller abutting on the carrier 3 and consisting of a foamed rubber is disposed. Besides, at least a coloring agent-containing resin grains and an additive are contained in the developer 6 and hydrophobic titanium oxide fine particules whose average particle size by weight is 0.01-0.2mum are contained as the additive.</p> |
