PURPOSE:To improve customer service by facilitating a transaction procedure operation to understood and also to improve operability. CONSTITUTION:A processing controller 8 controls the information display of a display device 1 and executes transaction processing based on information inputted from an input device 2 through an input control part 5 in relation to display. The processing controller 8 is provided with a group conversion display part 9. The group conversion display part 9 previously executes group conversion in display information to the screen of the display device 1 based on an input from the user by the input device 2 and the internal state of the processing controller 8 at every correlative information. The state under procedure is displayed by, for example, large classification by a display with three tug and the form of an input format by slip image so that the state under procedure processing is easily grasped and an input system is also made to be the familiar one for the customer.
