MOBILE COMMUNICATION HAND-OVER METHOD, MOBILE STATION DEVICE, AND BASE STATION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To suppress hand-over unstableness by measuring the perch channels of peripheral cells by a mobile station during a communication and providing not only a reception level, but also a carrier-to-noise ratio with a 1st and 2nd specific difference. CONSTITUTION:The mobile station 10 measures the reception levels and carrier- to-noise ratios CNR of the perch channels of peripheral cells by an interference level detection part 16 and informs a control part 15 of them. The carrier-to- noise ratio of a channel whose reception level R exceeds the 1st specific reception level R1 is measured and when the CNR' is larger than the 1st specific CNR 1, the control part 15 connects this cell newly and the mobile station enters a simultaneous communication mode. When the CNR'' of the reception level of a cell in the simultaneous communication becomes less than the 2nd specific CNR 2 less than the 1st specific CNR 1, the control part 15 disconnects the line from this cell.
