At that time, the total thickness of a joint part is made thinner than the that of the shop-coated corrosionproof coating layer 2 and a protective layer 3, and the fiber reinforced synthetic resin pipe 6, plurally devided and formed into L1 shorter than the end part interval L of the protective layer 3, is used to perform sticking.</p>
