ANTIDAZZLE FILM, ITS PRODUCTION AND ANTIDAZZLE FILM APPLYING DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce the variation in the antidazzle effect and to improve the antidazzle effect. CONSTITUTION:Globular glass beads are blown against the surface of a metallic plate with compressed air to form ruggednesses, a transparent film 21 of polyethylene terephthalate resin having 125mum thickness is hot-pressed on the metallic plate at 10kg/cm<2> and 160 deg.C for 15min, an emulsion-type UV-curing resin is applied on the film 21 in 3mum thickness and dried with hot air at 110 deg.C to dry the solvent and then irradiated with UV at 200mJ/cm<2>, and the film 22 is hardened.
