PURPOSE:To obtain a pulse width modulation signal for alternately generating a pulse having a pulse width which does not depend upon a percentage modulation and a time and a pulse which depends upon the same by comparing a signal wave with a frequency-modulated carrier. CONSTITUTION:A carrier ec is so frequency-modulated as to be proportional to an absolute value ¦ei¦ of a signal wave ei, and compared with the wave ei. A pulse width modulation(PWM) signal by this is used as a driving signal source of a resonance type PWM inverter, thereby realizing a resonance type PWM inverter without detecting a voltage or a current of a main circuit of the inverter. |
