The electronic thermostat is designed to break the circuit when the temperature attains an adjustable reference value. The thermal circuit breaker (7) is directly attached to a circuit board (C) being soldered in by its connection terminals.The circuit housing (10) includes a cut-out (9) so that a part of the air from the heat flows through the housing, over the temperature-sensitive device. The circuit is then mounted with a box which forms a chimney, guiding the flow of air leaving the heater. The housing is mounted on a vertical wall made of a material which is a good conductor of heat, but is resistant to heat.
