PURPOSE:To attain the rationalization and the laborsaving of job processing setting a unique group and the promotion f business activity by correlating optional customer data so as to name-gather and manage it by a customer managing system. CONSTITUTION:This system is mainly composed of a customer data base 1, a related name gathering processing part 2 and a terminal equipment 3. Then 1 is composed of a related name gathering management part 11 and a customer managing part 12, and 2 is composed of an input check control part 21, a related name gathering checking part 22 and a customer data update part 23. 11 is provided with a related name gathering management record 111 managing related name gathering information being the retrieving key of 11 and a related member record 112 being related member information linked by the unit of the gathering of the related name, and a related member record 112 managing related member information to be the retrieving key of 12. 12 is provided with a customer information file (CIF) 121 managing attribute information of a customer to be the retrieving key of 12 and all the transaction contents of the customer, and a related name gathering link record 122 managing a related name gathering number to be the retrieving key of 11. |
