PURPOSE:To provide a brushless motor having excellent efficiency by avoiding alternating magnetic fluxes in a stator core, and reducing iron loss. CONSTITUTION:A permanent magnet 1 is magnetized in the axial direction and held with rotor cores 2 and 3 of ferromagnetic material having a bond of two approximate semicircles having the different diameters. Thus, two rotors each having the single pole in different polarities are formed. Windings 5 and 7 are wound around stator cores 4 and 6 of ferromagnetic material, and the two stators, which do not generate the alternating magnetic fluxes, are made to face the rotors. A frame 8 is provided at the outer surfaces of the stators, and the stators are constituted. A rotary shaft 13 is supported with bearings 9 and 11. The bearings are held with end brackets 10 and 12. The rotors are assembled, and an air gap 14 is formed. The drive current of the winding is controlled with a magnet 15 and a position sensor 16 for detecting the position. |
