PURPOSE:To provide an FT connector which permits easily performing the maintenance and inspection, etc., of a coaxial cable, amplifier, etc., after the coaxial cable is connected with an apparatus through the FT connector. CONSTITUTION:One end of a cylindrical holder piece 3 equipped with flanges in the form of steps protruding from a shell 2 in connection with a metal fixture 1 is screwed in the foremost part of the shell 2 in such a way that the part is sealed with the first O-ring, and on the outside of the holder piece, a lock nut 6 is mounted by one of the flanges 4. One end of the lock nut 6 is in contact with the foremost part of the shell 2, and a connecting metal piece 7 is furnished in such a way that the lock nut 6 and one end periphery are screwed together and a pressure contact is generated with the holder piece through the second O-ring. The metal piece 7 is retained by a holder ring 8 fitted on the holder piece 3. An insulation material 10 is fitted in the foremost part of the connecting metal piece 7, and a threaded part 7C equipped with O-ring 11 in connection to the apparatus side is furnished at the periphery of the foremost part.
