PURPOSE:To provide a developing device capable of effectively using up all toner in a developer housing part, and securing the quality of printing, in a developing device having the developer housing part treated for antistatic at least on its inside surface. CONSTITUTION:The developing device is provided with the developer housing part 10 having an antistatic layer 14 formed at least on the inside surface and housing a developer 8, a developer carrier 9 carrying the developer 8 supplied from the developer housing part 10 and a developer regulating member 12 regulating the developer 8 supplied to the developer carrier 9 and constituted so as to develop an electrostatic latent image formed on an image forming body 50 with the developer 8 supplied while being regulated by the developer regulating member 12 and carried by the developer carrier 9. |
