DEVELOPING DEVICE FOR ELECTROSTATIC LATENT IMAGE

PURPOSE:To provide a developing method and a developing device for electrostatic latent image using a contact type electrostatic charge method by which an image supporting body is uniformly and sufficiently electrostatically charged. CONSTITUTION:This is a developing device for electrostatic latent image developing the electrostatic latent image formed on a photoreceptor 10 with toner, and, it is provided with a prewet and electrostatic charge device 30 which is provided with a prewet and electrostatic charging roller 302 on which a voltage is impressed and a prewet device 20 supplying prewet solution to the roller 302 and which applies the prewet solution on the photoreceptor 10 and electrostatically charges the photoreceptor 10 at the same time by bringing the roller 302 into contact with the photoreceptor 10 through the prewet solution supplied to the roller 302.
