PURPOSE:To move information to be overlapped-displayed in matching with the motion of a camera by calculating to which area of an information frame an area of a received image corresponds and displaying a calculated area in the information frame overlappingly onto a screen. CONSTITUTION:A personal computer main body 14 is made up of a CPU board B1, a camera board B2 receiving a video signal from a camera 10 and controlling an universal head, a display board B3 displaying data onto a display device 12, a voice board B4 receiving a voice signal from a microphone 16 and outputting a voice signal to a speaker 18, a communication board B5 making communication with other video telephone set/conference equipment via a communication line 24, various interfaces B6 interfacing the key board 20 and a mouse 22 or the like, and a bus B7 or the like. The camera 10 with an universal head directs its direction horizontally and vertically under the control from the personal computer main body 14 and changes a view angle of its lens. |
