<p>PURPOSE:To provide a dust-proof ring, excellent in dust-resistance, for duct air cable connections. CONSTITUTION:A dust-proof ring for duct air cable connections consists of ring-shaped elastic tubes having air holes. The ring-shaped elastic tubes are composed of ring-shaped silicone rubber tubes 2 coated with fluororesin material 3. With its body composed of silicone rubber tubes 2, highly resistant to high temperature deformation, the dust-proof ring 1 will not be deformed by welding heat. Coated with fluororesin material 3 excellent in slidability, the dust-proof ring will not come out of the groove even if it is dragged by the inside surface of either tube when one tube fits into another. The silicone rubber tubes 2 can be fused by heating and bonded together and will not produce any gap in their junctures.</p> |
