PURPOSE: To detect possibility of a fault and plan to repair at suitable time by mounting a temperature sensor in an exit line and the like of a pump. CONSTITUTION: A micro processor 12 is connected to a main delivery pressure sensor 13 and a first and second temperature sensors 14, 16. The first sensor 14 is disposed to generate a signal which shows fluid temperature entering into a hydraulic pump. The second temperature sensor 16 is disposed in an exit line of the hydraulic pump. The micro processor 12 cause a fault display based on data received from the sensors 14, 16 when prescribed conditions is fulfilled. This fault display is stored in form of flag which shows that abrasion of the pump is going to be excessive. Then a display lamp 32 of an operator room is turned on. For example, an alarm lamp including message such as 'Check the hydraulic system immediately' is lighted. Similarly, the flag can be transmitted to a remote device (offboard system) 36 by a communication link 34. |
