<p>PURPOSE:To simplify operations and to switch the recording mode of power source ON and the recording waiting mode of power source OFF with one switch concerning the video camera which can record video signals. CONSTITUTION:This video camera is provided with one switch 6 for recording and a system control part 5 for controlling an operation sequence. When an operator turns on a switch 6, under the control of the system control part 5, the recording mode is provided by turning on the power sources of an imaging device 2, camera signal processing part 3, video signal processing part 4 and servo part 7 through a power source part 17. On the other hand, when the switch is operated again and turned on in that recording state, the power sources of these respective parts are turned off by switching this mode to the recording waiting mode.</p> |
