PURPOSE:To tune the electric constants accurately by measuring the terminal voltage of an induction motor for the step commands of exciting current component and torque current component and then tuning the measurement to calculate an electric constant. CONSTITUTION:An exciting current component command value Ids and a torque current component value Iqs are inputted to a current control section 18. A divider 10 divides the torque component current command value by the exciting current component command value and delivers an output to a slip gain operating section 20. A rotary coordinate converting section 24 is fed with an output current from a PWM inverter 12 and produces a torque current component Iqs and an exciting current component Ids depending on the angle. Both currents are fed to the current control section 18. A rotary coordinate converting section 25 is fed with an output volLage from a PWM inverter 12 and delivers an output to an auto-tuning system 27 through a low-pass filter 26. The auto-tuning system 27 produces electric constants, i.e., slip gain, torque gain, stator resistor, etc. |
