<p>PURPOSE: To save energy consumption of an electromagnet through non-overload of guide roll and removal of lever device, by compensating for insufficient and excessive supporting force with a guide roll up to the load limit value, and then connecting as a load the electromagnet when such supporting force becomes larger than the load limit value. CONSTITUTION: A magnet plate body 1 having a permanent magnet 2 and an electromagnet 3 is provided at both sides of a vehicle. The shaft of the guide rolls 4 and 5 at the upper and lower sides or the guide rail 7 is fixed and coupled to the magnet plate body 1 and thereby an almost constant gap L is generated between the permanent magnet 2 and a long-length stator 6 in the rail side, and between the electromagnet 3 and the long-length stator 6. The guide rolls 4 and 5 rotate at the upper and lower sides of the guide rail 7. The permanent magnet 2 is attracted by the long-length stator 6 to support the vehicle 9 via the magnet plate body 1 and a spring device 8. Load on the vehicle is measured with the spring device 8 via a pressure sensor. When the upper and lower guide rolls 4, 5 reach the load limit value, the electromagnet 3 is additionally connected with a control circuit and thereby the power consumption can be saved.</p> |
